I’m Cherizar Walker, the founder of Engineering Utopia—a vision for bridging systems engineering, Indigenous wisdom, and embodied intelligence— to reimagine how we lead and live. For more than 13 years I’ve worked in aerospace engineering, where I currently serve as a System Safety Lead for a hybrid-electric aviation startup, helping design the future of sustainable flight. Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to be both published and patented in the field. --- But my work extends beyond technology. My book, The Conception of Utopia, shares my journey training with Andean shamans in Ecuador and learning how ancient wisdom can inform modern systems and sustainability.

Through writing, speaking, and guiding leaders, I bridge the precision of engineering with the wisdom of nature—illuminating bioelectric intelligence, intuitive design, and ancestral systems as the blueprints for a rewilded future.
